Acquired in 2018 and completed in 2020, Pitch Studio is both a working studio and a fully realized lifestyle environment—a physical manifestation of our design ethos, development approach, and attention to detail. More than a showroom, the space functions as a living residence and creative workspace, showcasing the type of spaces we create for clients and ourselves.
Every detail in the studio reflects our values, from the flush doors and integrated lighting to the handcrafted metal stair balusters and powder-coated planters made in-house. It’s a space where we don’t just show what we design—we live it.
The interiors are a study in contrast and balance: herringbone floors, exposed Chicago brick, and a minimalist, Japanese-inspired sensibility that remains timeless. We retained elements of the city’s architectural heritage while adding our touch through features like custom steel storefront windows, sleek modern kitchens with tall cabinetry, and bathrooms finished in plaster (tedlak) instead of traditional tile. High ceilings—now 12 feet after we raised them four feet—reinforce the sense of openness and light, while LED lighting adds warmth and clarity throughout.
